The MDC’s Little Bay Preliminary Master Plan, is a fusion of many of the ideas from the past that have been re-cast within a new integrated waterfront concept and wider 3-Bays strategic framework.
The grafting of this exciting and challenging waterfront strategy onto a restructured town centre scheme presents the opportunity to realise not only a magnificent new capital town, but also the creation of a new tourism and trade destination gateway to Montserrat. The synergy of this combination has the potential to drive the transformational and sustainable change of Montserrat’s future economy.
