Cathedral Square

Cathedral Square is foreseen as a peaceful retreat and focal setting to celebrate the multi-ecumenical faiths of Montserrat. The Cathedral itself will be the subject of a regional architectural and townscape design competition. Cathedral Square’s elevated site, located on the central axis of the overall township, offers an excellent panorama of the overall capital town and a vista over the Bay the island of Redondo.

Potato Hill Flagship Hotel

A beacon project that together with the hillside condominium/hotel on Benito Hill bluff, brackets and frames Little Bay. The design and layout of the hotel will be a model of Caribbean contemporary vernacular design.

It is envisaged that the development of Potato Hill will be packaged together with the international yacht marina. The enhanced value attributed to the Potato Hill and reclaimed waterfront bluff area from the international yacht marina will create the critical mass of development investment opportunity to attract leading premium investor-developers from the region. Such developers will have a well-tried and tested track record that will underwrite success, ensure a high quality, sustainable product that will contribute greatly to the regeneration of Montserrat’s tourism industry.

In the longer-term additional landmark development are foreseen on the plateaus of Benito Hill and Rendezvous Bluff.
